Priest Draw

The winter in Flagstaff has been mild this year.  It has been sunny with highs in the 40s in between small storms that only drop an inch or two of snow.  I'm cleaning up some lines that I haven't finished.  I have been training like a maniac for my upcoming trips, as well as when the forest roads open in Flag.  I've been using the draw as a training ground to get stronger by circuiting.  After every climbing session I do core workouts consisting of levers, L-sits, and leg raises to the ceiling with ankle weights.  I work opposition through pushups and hammer turns, in addition to doing weighted finger hangs to increase finger strength for my upcoming trip to Joe's Valley, and later this summer the Rocklands.  I've also been running on rest days to improve recovery, as well as improve my cardiovascular fitness for the long roofs here.
