Q&A with Steve...

Who has impressed you most in this last year? - my wife for carrying and giving birth to our son.

Describe a time when someone helped your climbing?

- One day, while I was one more time trying to accomplish a 5.11 move, my friend François pushed me to force me to go beyond my limits, the crux was really psychological. since then, when I am facing a challenge, be it physical or psychological, I remember that moment and it gives me the necessary tools to go further...thank you François...

Where do you see your climbing going?

- I think that I grow every day as a climber. I train several times a week and make all the necessary efforts to go foward in the climbing world. In the following years, I would like to have the chance to travel more in order to discover new landscapes, broaden my horizons and meet different people who share my passion.

Describe what you think climbing could do for the World if everyone climbed?

- I believe that climbers are closer and more connected to nature than anyone else. We have a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body... every body part, every muscle of our body is subjected to regular and stimulating exercises...so frankly, between you and me, if everyone were climbing, there would be no more littering, no more lazy people constantly complainig about their health...get up and try out climbing...it is life altering...
