Vikki Weldon
Growing up in a family full of climbers, Vikki took to climbing at a young age and was soon excelling in the climbing gym and competitions. Her drive and determination led her to multiple championship titles in both difficulty and bouldering events. After a successful competition career, Vikki discovered her true love of climbing lay in the outdoor arena. With an extensive limestone playground at her fingertips growing up, Vikki pushed herself on the endless sport climbs in the Bow Valley of the Canadian Rockies. She climbed her first 5.13 at the age of 15 and has since redpointed sport routes up to 5.14a.
Since moving to Squamish, BC, Vikki has enjoyed exploring and developing her traditional and multi-pitch skills, sending trad routes up to 5.13a. Vikki loves climbing for its community, its challenges, and its ability to take her to some of the most beautiful places in the world. With first ascents in countries such as Morocco and Greenland, Vikki is continually seeking to develop her skills to become a successful all-around climber. With so much to do and so much to see, Vikki is positive her passion for the sport will never run dry.
