Hyperion – Touchstone
We always enjoy working with our friends over at Touchstone. They have a unique ability to take a forgotten space and breathe new air into it and create a community hub. Redwood City, California’s newest climbing and fitness gym from Touchstone Climbing, Hyperion blends bold bouldering terrain with yoga, fitness, and community-driven events. Owners at Touchstone have carefully designed 10,700 sq ft of climbing space topped with 16-ft-high boulder walls and over 250 unique problems, all cushioned by memory-foam flooring for maximum safety and comfort.

Tomo Bouldering Club
Tomo brings 5,000 sq ft of thoughtfully designed bouldering terrain—including roofs, slabs, and vertical walls—to Portland’s Pearl District, all set in a bright, airy warehouse with expansive windows. Founded by longtime friends and veteran setters Joel Velasco, Chris Marsaglia, and David Sumada, Tomo emphasizes “mastering the movement” through climbs that challenge and inspire climbers of every level.
From open climbing sessions (10 am–11 pm daily) and early affinity-group hours (8 am–10 am) to coaching clinics, strength & conditioning classes, and a fully stocked gear shop, Tomo supports progression both on and off the wall). With competitive day-pass pricing, community-driven events, and a laid-back atmosphere, Tomo is the perfect hub for climbers looking to hone skills, make new friends, and embrace the climb together.

Shift Climbing
Shift Climbing redefines indoor bouldering with its groundbreaking 12,377-sq ft facility featuring the nation’s first hydraulically tiltable freestanding boulder—capable of shifting over 12° in two directions—to keep problems fresh and climbers engaged. Co-founded by Jonathan Brandt and Jack Ogilvie, Shift emphasizes innovation, equity, and community: it operates under an employee-ownership model and offers inclusive pricing tiers to lower barriers to entry.

Whether you’re dialing in your first V0 or projecting V8, Shift Climbing delivers a constantly evolving playground that’s built for everyone.

Hogtown Boulders
Hogtown Boulders sprawls across over 12,000 sq ft of climbing terrain—featuring a dynamic mix of steep walls, slabs, and roofs—alongside a dedicated board room and weight‐training area to keep every session fresh and challenging. The fully stacked board room boasts a mirrored 12×12 Tension Board 2, adjustable Kilter Board, MoonBoard 2024, spraywall, and campus board, making it a playground for technical training and pump sessions.
Beyond open climbs, Hogtown offers weekly course programming—from introductory climbing classes and yoga to birthday parties and corporate events—plus regular route resets to ensure there’s always something new to send. True to its name, the gym is pet-friendly: well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome to lounge on the mezzanine and cheer on every ascent.

Beta Bouldering Gym
Beta Bouldering Gym is Northern Arizona’s largest bouldering facility, featuring a 9,000 sq ft space with 4,500 sq ft of sculpted bouldering walls and over 80 unique problems for all skill levels. Since opening in Fall 2012, Beta has expanded its training offerings to include a fully adjustable LED-equipped Tension Board, Kilter Board, MoonBoard, 16° Tension Campus Board, wood training rings, and a comprehensive fitness studio with rowing machines, power rack, functional trainer, and spin bikes.
Beyond open climbs, Beta supports climbers of every age through youth climbing teams, summer camps, NAU-affiliated classes, and specialized workshops. The mezzanine lounge, gear shop, crash pad rentals, and triple-density foam padding ensure both comfort and safety, making Beta a true community hub for Flagstaff’s climbing scene.

Highpoint Orlando
High Point Orlando transforms a 45,000 sq ft former warehouse into the South’s largest indoor climbing playground. It boasts a 52-foot-tall rope climbing arena complete with Florida’s only competition speed wall, alongside an expansive bouldering and training sector filled with hundreds of unique problems. Families will love the dedicated 5,000 sq ft Kid Zone featuring custom climbing elements designed to introduce young adventurers to the sport in a fun, safe environment.
