Eric Sentha
Hey, I’m Eric Sentha! Twenty years ago, my sister and I stumbled on a portable rinky-dink climbing wall at the Banff Mountain Film Festival. We got hooked! After 12+ years as a proud member of the Canadian National Climbing Team, I now call Squamish home, living the multi-sport dream of bouldering, kiteboarding, mountain biking, skiing, and sledding in the Sea-to-Sky (sometimes all in one day). I love that you don’t need to be a weekend warrior to get out in the mountains here. My psych is now geared toward bouldering, and I emphasize movement, previewing, and the mental aspects of climbing. My strengths lie in compression, gymnastic or cryptic movements, so the quickest way to my heart is to set me a volume-only boulder or dump me in front of a gorgeous rock with incut holds, big moves, or squeezy steeze.
Outside of climbing, I work remotely as a Senior Product Manager for a Silicon Valley software start-up called Mattermost. I spend most of my free time eating sushi, playing in the mountains, and browsing Kickstarter for new tech toys.
My favorite product is the Drifter pad. I couldn’t live without the carry straps!
