
Kindar McNamee
Kindar McNamee was born in 2002. He started climbing when he was nine. He has competed since 2014 and has since competed provincially, nationally and internationally. Kindar trains with the Hive Youth Team in Vancouver. He has also begun training speed climbing. Kindar has been to the Youth World Championships in Innsbruck and in Moscow. He also competed at the Youth Pan American Championships in 2017 where he placed third in lead climbing and fourth overall for Youth B. He is the current Youth A lead climbing national champion.
Kindar is passionate about climbing and loves to be on the wall. He hopes to continue his competition success and is keen to climb in the finals of a world event. He likes outdoor climbing in North Vancouver or Squamish when he has time.
