I live in Squamish, BC, and work full time as a high school science teacher. One of the most rewarding components of my job is coaching and running the climbing club that I started at the school a few years ago. The kids think of me as some sort of ninja, and that is handy street credit to have in the hallways:) Outside of the classroom, I can most often be found bouldering in the forest in Squamish. Whether I’m projecting with friends, touring people around, or doing a solo circuit, it’s my favourite way to decompress. Squamish is amazing in the fall, and I have my eye on some awesome lines. I also have plans for travel, as climbing new problems is one of my favourite things and it’s always amazing to climb somewhere new. Goal-wise: I am focused on continuing to get stronger, always learning, staying psyched, and having fun, pushing my own limits, and to keep climbing new things.
