Patrick Bodnar

Hi, I’m Patrick Bodnar. I grew up in Colorado with a love for the outdoors and naturally, fell into climbing 10 years ago. I was lucky enough to have a climbing wall at my high school because of Colorado! Soon after, I started competing at local comps and an amazing crew at my gym in Colorado Springs introduced me to real rock. I was blown away by the supportive community that climbing had to offer and found myself spending all my free time hunting new boulders with my friends.

The physical and mental challenges and the collaborative sessions, and traveling to odd places have made bouldering one of my greatest passions. If I’m not the one hucking for the lip, I’m playing with my camera and making my friends look cool. My favorite climbing areas are Joe’s Valley, Utah; Newlin Creek, Colorado; and Fontainebleau, France.
